Orange Country Fair

Welcome - This will be our 36th year of
bringing to our community this celebration of our
agricultural heritage. In looking back through the
years we have watched many of the present volunteers
of our fair as they began—in a pedal tractor pull,
helping with set up, assisting in guarding the
exhibit hall or exhibiting their prize winning
entries.
All through the year, the youth have the
fair in mind as they work on projects or planning
and later tending their gardens. We are proud of
their efforts as you can see when you enter the
exhibit hall. Their imaginations are evident with
the decorated vegetables, bird houses, and various
craft items.
Our outdoor and indoor events are chaired by many of
our grownup youth; our exhibitors names have been
repeated over numerous years of our fair, moving
from youth to adult exhibits. This was our goal back
in 1975, the anniversary of our town’s
sesquicentennial celebration.
We never would be able to bring another successful
fair to our town without the dedication and support
of our faithful volunteers. We are so grateful for
all who help.
